Solitaire—Latin Cross Puzzle

Solitaire, often referred to as "peg solitaire" to distinguish it from the card game, is a one-person board game dating from the 1600s. The standard game uses a board with 33 holes, each of which except for the centre hole is filled with a piece (usually a peg or a marble). The following puzzle only uses a small number of counters, but the goal is the same as for the standard game: Leave only one piece, in the centre square.

Instructions: Moves are made by jumping a piece either horizontally or vertically (not diagonally) over another piece into a vacant square. The jumped piece is then removed. The goal is to leave only one piece in the centre square. To make a move, click on any piece (represented by images of blue marbles below). The marble will be highlighted. Then click on the empty square where the marble is to be moved.
